As discussed in our 2nd meeting, we are now practicing a fixed bi-monthly schedule for our meetings between the residents and SPK Homes. To recap:
- Meeting between residents - 1st Saturday of the month.
- Meeting between residents and SPK Homes - 2nd Saturday of the month.
Our last meeting was in May, which means our next meeting is just round the corner. Therefore I would like to propose a 3rd residents meeting as follows:
Date : Saturday, July 3rd 2010.
Time : 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Place : Cahaya SPK Clubhouse.
All residents are encouraged to attend. We will update the residents on the progress of previously raised issues and discuss any new arising matters.
