Good News to All SPK Homes’ Buyers,

SPK Homes has developed a special SPK Homes’ Buyers’ Privilege Program to all Cahaya SPK buyers like you starting from 1st March 2009 – 31st May 2009. All you have to do is to fill up the Buyers’ Privilege Program e-form with the names of your family members and friends with their hand phone numbers whom might be interested to purchase properties, via the e-submission form from SPK Homes’ e-Customer Portal.

This website was created after a discussion was made between some of the buyer with SPK. Eventhough SPK is hosting this website, it will still be independent and maintained by the Cahaya SPK buyers’ community. We feel that it is important to start building up our community early, even during the building phase of our houses so that we will have a centralised place to voice out our opinions, concerns and problems.

Potential buyers could use the forum to ask questions and get unbiased second opinion from those who already bought a Cahaya SPK house about what made us made the decision and the things that attracted us to this project.
