Security Fee Collection Booth

Dear Residents of Cahaya SPK,
As decided in the recent AGM, the Resident Association (RA) will start collecting security fees. The RA will be opening a security collection booth at the Surau Cahaya SPK on Saturday, 3rd December. There will be two sessions, i.e. 9-11am and 8-10pm. We will be collecting payment of RM300 for the months of Jan-Mar 2012 (RM100 per month). The RA bank account is currently with Maybank. Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to “Persatuan Penduduk Cahaya SPK”.

Seperti yang ditetapkan semasa Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan yang lalu, Persatuan Penduduk akan mengutip bayaran sekuriti kawalan keselamatan. Untuk kemudahan penduduk, pondok pungutan yuran sekuriti akan dibuka di perkarangan Surau Cahaya SPK pada Sabtu, 3hb Disember. Dua sesi akan diadakan: 9-11pagi dan 8-10malam. Persatuan Penduduk akan mengutip bayaran sebanyak RM300 bagi bulan Jan-Mar 2012 (RM100 sebulan). Akaun bank Persatuan Penduduk adalah dengan Maybank. Bayaran boleh dibuat dengan wang tunai atau cek di atas nama “Persatuan Penduduk Cahaya SPK”.

Dear P1-P3 Residents, �
In an effort to enhance our security arrangements, the below will be implemented effective Monday, 14th November 2011:

• Only vehicles with a Cahaya SPK sticker AND a functional access card shall be allowed entry.
• For vehicles without the above, the driver must alight and register at the guard post.
• Residents may purchase stickers and cards from Cahaya SPK Management.
• Guard Post B (near Surau) is now closed to visitors. Visitors to proceed to Guard Post A (near Balai Polis) for registration and entry.

As decided in the recent AGM, the RA will start collecting security fees of RM300 (RM100 per month) for the period of Jan-Mar 2012. A security collection booth will be operational near the Balai Polis on Saturday, 3rd December 2011.

Open Dialogue Session between Developer (SPK) and residents

After a meeting was held on Saturday, 29^th Jan 2011 between the Pro Tem Cahaya SPK Residents’ Association (Pro Tem CSPKRA) and the residents to solicit their views on the recent water supply outage, a consensus was reached to organize an open dialogue session between the developer and residents. This is in order for residents to seek clarification from the developer on issues which include but are not limited to:

1) Security services and operations including the SOP

2) Ownership of security management and collection

3) Water supply

4) Cracks rectification

5) Clubhouse

6) Second guard house

7) Road lights

8) Drainage

9) Road safety

10) Maintenance of playground

11) House title

12) Status for flyover into Cahaya SPK

13) Status of slip road towards Sunway Alam Suria traffic lights

15) Mosquitoesof road from P4 leading to Jalan Shah Alam – Sg Buloh via Sekolah Sri Cahaya

14) Status

16) School and other amenities

Pengajian Tafsir: Surah Yaasin

Dengan segalan hormatnya dijemput semua ahli kariah dan penduduk CahayaSPK untuk mengikuti majlis ilmu dwi mingguan kita pimpinan Al-Fadhil Ustaz Amir. Majlis akan diadakan seperti berikut:

Aturcara : 1. Bacaan Surah Yaasin

2. Kuliah Terjemahan Surah Yaasin

3. Solat Isyak berjemaah

Pengajian ini akan menggunakan Kitab Tafsir Surah Yasin tulisan Ustaz Shahril Azman. Para jemaah digalakkan memiliki kitab ini utk memudahkan proses pengajian. Ahli kariah dan mereka yg berminat utk mendapatkan Kitab tersebut, sila berhubung dgn En Wan Sulaiman atau En Nur Muhammad.
