Assalamualaikum,

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa satu program USRAH akan dimulakan di Surau Cahaya SPK setiap hari Jumaat mulai 14 Mei, 2010. Progam Usrah ini akan dibimbing oleh salah seorang Imam kita, Tuan Hj Mohd Radzi.

Tujuan Usrah ini adalah untuk membina saratulrahim anatara kariah dan memupuk budaya ilmu dalam bentuk
ikatan persaudaraan dan kekeluargaan bagi menguatkan syiar Islam.. Akan ada progam taaruf (kenal mengenal), diskusi dan perbincangan, nasihat dan bacaan kitab dan akan dipimpin oleh Tuan Hj Radzi.

Pada yang berminat untuk membeli kitab “Apa erti saya menganut Islam, sila hubungi saya di no tel dan e-mail seperti tertera di bawah. Harga adalah RM 12 dan keuntungan dari jualan jika ada akan dimasukkan ke dana surau,

Muslimin dan Muslimat dijemput hadir.

2nd RA-Residents Meeting this Sunday 25th, 5PM, P2A Playground.

Dear all,

All residents of P2A, P2B, and P3 are invited to attend the 2nd RA-Residents meeting. The details are as follows:

Date : Sunday, April 25th 2010
Time : 5:00PM
Place : P2A Playground

The meeting objective is as follows:

To get together and introduce members to one another.
To follow up on the status of previously raised issues.
To record new issues to bring up for discussion with SPK Homes.
To set a date to meet up with SPK Homes.
To get new volunteers to assist the RA pro temp.
To set a date for subsequent meetings.

Residents are encouraged to bring some light food and drinks to share with attendees in a pot-luck style gathering. We look forward to meeting you there.

Kelas Mengaji Untuk Anak Anak

Assalamualaikum,

Dalam usaha untuk menganjurkan Kelas Mengaji Al-Quran di surau Cahaya SPK, pihak AJK kini menjalankan satu bancian tentang ahli-ahli kariah yang berminat untuk mendaftar dan menghantar anak-anak ke kelas tersebut. Cadangan awal ialah untuk mengadakan kelas tersebut selepas waktu Maghrib hingga waktu Isya’ , samada sekali atau dua kali seminggu bergantung kepada sambutan. Maklumat lanjut mengenai tenaga pengajar, jadual dan bayaran hanya dapat di putuskan setelah mengambil kira sambutan dan maklumbalas ahli-ahli kariah yang berminat.

Kepada tuan-puan yang berminat, sila berikan nama anak, umur dan berikan nombor telefon ibu-bapa/penjaga yang boleh dihubungi, untuk maklumat lanjut. Maklumat boleh dihantar ke alamat seperti tertera di dalam topik Kelas Mengaji (perlu login ke forum), sebaik-baiknya sebelum 30 April ini.

Cahaya SPK Surau Gotong-Royong
Agenda : Potluck and Gotong-Royong to clean the Surau.
Time : 8:30AM – 1:00PM, Sunday, January 17 2010

Note: Bring along cleaning equipment, and some food to share with everyone.

Cahaya SPK Surau Meeting
Agenda : Discuss formation of Surau AJK, roles, and responsibilities.
Time : 1:00PM – 3:30PM, Sunday, January 17 2010
Location : Surau Cahaya SPK@Precinct 3
Note: Meeting will be held after Zohor prayers. We will conduct mass prayers in the surau for everyone to attend.

Cahaya SPK Residents Association (Pro-Temp) Meeting
Agenda : To follow up on existing issues, plan for future activities, and update on current neighborhood developments.
Time: 3:30PM – 5:00PM, Sunday, January 17 2010
Location : Surau Cahaya SPK@Precinct 3

Residents are encouraged to attend to plan for future neighborhood activities and to contribute ideas to resolve issues affecting us all. We look forward to meeting you this weekend.

Residents Association Formation Meeting

Dear all,

As we draw nearer to living in our dream houses, we should now poll our strengths together to form the Residents Association to be the formal voice and body responsible for the upkeep, and maintenance of our neighborhood in years to come. We invite all residents to show support and attend our first meeting, details as follows:

Meeting Details

Date : Saturday, August 15, 2009
Time : 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (dinner is provided).
Venue : Cahaya SPK Clubhouse Poolside.

Meeting Objectives

The primary objectives of this first meeting will be to:

1. Select a pro-temp committee
2. Get signatures from attendees in support of the formation of the RA
3. Present to attendees the formation process and outline subsequent milestones.

The Pro-Temp committee will then proceed in subsequent meetings to complete the documentation for registration with the ROS (Registrar of Societies). SPK will assist in preparation of the documentation to ensure a speedy approval process from the ROS.

Secondary objectives will be to:

1. Socialize and get-to-know residents over makan-makan (sponsored by SPK).
2. Mingle with SPK and get updates on latest developments.
