Pendaftaran Anak Kariah Surau Cahaya SPK

Assalamualaikum,

Didoa’kan kesejahteraan dan keselamatan pada kita bersama,

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa pihak Jabatan Ugama Islam Selangor telah mengarahkan AJK Penaja Surau Cahaya SPK mengadakan mesyuarat pencalonan Pegawai dan Ahli Jawatan kuasa Surau bagi sesi 2010 -2013 melalui satu surat bertarikh 30 Jun, 2010. Ini merupakan surat kedua JAIS setelah pihak surau Cahaya SPK tidak mengadakan mesyuarat seperti yang diarahkan pada semua masjid dan surau seluruh Selangor.

Bagi Sesi 2010 -2013 , JAIS telah mengadakan sistem pemilihan baru dimana semua ahli kariah perlu didaftarkab terlebih dahulu sebagai ahli kariah. Sehubungan itu, pihak AJK Surau akan menbuat lawatan dari rumah ke rumah bagi melengkapkan’ Borang Pendaftaran Anak Kariah. Bagi ahli kariah yang belum berpindah, kami akan masukkan borang ke dalam blog kemudian. namun borang pendaftaran boleh diperolehi dari surau atau mana-mana AJK surau mulai 18 Julai, 2010.
Setiap borang perlu disertakan dengan salinan kad pengenalan.

Pendaftaran adalah terbuka kepada semua penghuni dan bakal penghuni yang akan berpindah pada atau sebelum 2013 dengan
alamat di Cahaya SPK. Borang-borang yang telah lengkap beserta salinan kad pengenalan perlu dihantar pada mana-mana AJK Surau sebelum 29 Julai. 2010.

Sehubungan dengan itu, sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa Mesyuarat Khas Pencalunan AJK Surau Cahaya SPK akan diadakan pada 1 Ogos, 2010 di Surau Cahaya SPK jam 10.00 pagi. Agenda dan butiran program akan kami maklumkan kemudian.

Bagi pihak AJK Surau, kami memohon kerjasama tuan-tuan dan puan-puan bagi menyokong dan bekerjasama dalam menjayakan majlis ini bagi kita memak’mur dan mengimmarahkan surau kita.

Muslimin dan Muslimat adalah dijemput untuk menghadiri Ceramah Sempena Israk Mikraj, Surau Cahaya SPK seperti berikut:

-Solat maghrib
-Ceramah oleh Ustaz Azhar (Tajuk : Isra’ Mi’raj – Perjalanan yang menakjubkan)
-Solat Isya’
-Jamuan

Dijemput muslimin dan muslimat beserta keluarga meramaikan lagi majlis ilmu ini. Seperti biasa sesiapa yang ingin bersedekah sebarang makanan (pot luck) untuk majlis ini bolehlah membawanya ke surau.

Untuk tujuan perancangan dan persediaan majlis, diharap muslimin dan muslimat dapat memberi ‘ response’/RSVP sama ada akan hadir (jumlah bilangan) sebelum Rabu, 7 Julai 2010. Weekly Usrah at Surau Cahaya SPK

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa satu program USRAH akan dimulakan di Surau Cahaya SPK setiap hari Jumaat mulai 14 Mei, 2010. Progam Usrah ini akan dibimbing oleh salah seorang Imam kita, Tuan Hj Mohd Radzi.

ikatan persaudaraan dan kekeluargaan bagi menguatkan syiar Islam.. Akan ada progam taaruf (kenal mengenal), diskusi dan perbincangan, nasihat dan bacaan kitab dan akan dipimpin oleh Tuan Hj Radzi.

Dear all,

All residents of P2A, P2B, and P3 are invited to attend the 2nd RA-Residents meeting. The details are as follows:

Date : Sunday, April 25th 2010
Time : 5:00PM
Place : P2A Playground

The meeting objective is as follows:

To get together and introduce members to one another.
To follow up on the status of previously raised issues.
To record new issues to bring up for discussion with SPK Homes.
To set a date to meet up with SPK Homes.
To get new volunteers to assist the RA pro temp.
To set a date for subsequent meetings.

Residents are encouraged to bring some light food and drinks to share with attendees in a pot-luck style gathering. We look forward to meeting you there.

Thank you for your continued support. Let’s have a show of votes to hold our 2nd meet with residents meeting to discuss new issues and follow up on previous issues (from 1st meeting with SPK Homes).

You may propose other dates and I will add it to the poll. Voting is open from today till Friday, 23rd April. Date will be held based on majority votes.

The proposed agenda will be:
1. To introduce pro-temp members to current residents and attendees.
2. To introduce current residents to each other (suai-kenal).
3. To update progress on previous issues (from 1st meeting).
4. To open floor to raise new issues with SPK Homes.
5. To open floor for suggestions from residents.
6. To open floor for volunteers to assist pro-temp.
7. To propose meet up date with SPK Homes.
8. To initiate attendee list with meeting with SPK Homes.

Following the meeting of the RA with resident on January 17^th 2010 at the Cahaya SPK Surau, the RA met up with representatives of SPK Homes to view their responses to the issues raised by residents. The following report records SPK Homes responses and our (RA) proposed actions for each item raised by residents. For items that are unresolved, the RA will follow up with SPK Homes on the progress in subsequent meetings to be determined in the future.

Forum Changes: Limited Access and Verified Residents Usergroup

Assalamualaikum and Hi Everyone,

Due to security concerns, we have implemented a more secure access to the forum. The following are the changes:

1. Guest (Non registered users) can only read the General section and Marketplace section of the forum. They have no access to other area.

2. Registered users have read and post access to the General section and Marketplace section only. The access to other areas are blocked.

3. Verified Residents (new usergroup) has normal access to all the areas in the forum.

FYI, I’ve included users who has at least 10 posts and users who I could identify to the Verified Residents list.

IMPORTANT: For those who are Cahaya SPK residents and haven’t been included in the usergroup, please apply by going to USER CONTROL PANEL -> USERGROUPS -> select Verified Residents .. select Join Selected and then submit. Admins will contact you to verify you are actual residents.

Alternatively, you can PM either Auzani or me with some detail so that we could verify that you are a resident (eg. real name, house and block).

Register for TM Land Line

Update (Dec 25 2009) – The letter with the name list has been sent to SPK whereby they will add their documents to submit to telcos for further action. You can read the draft letter here:

The name list currently stands at 35 residents.

As people move in, we need the numbers to force TM to start laying down land line cables to our neighborhood. I’ve been in contact with SPK to start the ball rolling to submit to TM the list of residents that want landlines installed. To make our case stronger we need as many people as possible (doesnt matter if your staying already or later in the future) to:

1. Submit your name as in IC (1 per household).
2. IC number
3. Full house address (refer to our SnP).

Please submit the above details to ra@cahayaspk.net with the subject “TM Line”.

We will then use this list to submit to TM with SPK’s help to expedite installation of the land lines.
