Security Fee Collection Booth

Dear Residents of Cahaya SPK,
As decided in the recent AGM, the Resident Association (RA) will start collecting security fees. The RA will be opening a security collection booth at the Surau Cahaya SPK on Saturday, 3rd December. There will be two sessions, i.e. 9-11am and 8-10pm. We will be collecting payment of RM300 for the months of Jan-Mar 2012 (RM100 per month). The RA bank account is currently with Maybank. Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to “Persatuan Penduduk Cahaya SPK”.

Seperti yang ditetapkan semasa Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan yang lalu, Persatuan Penduduk akan mengutip bayaran sekuriti kawalan keselamatan. Untuk kemudahan penduduk, pondok pungutan yuran sekuriti akan dibuka di perkarangan Surau Cahaya SPK pada Sabtu, 3hb Disember. Dua sesi akan diadakan: 9-11pagi dan 8-10malam. Persatuan Penduduk akan mengutip bayaran sebanyak RM300 bagi bulan Jan-Mar 2012 (RM100 sebulan). Akaun bank Persatuan Penduduk adalah dengan Maybank. Bayaran boleh dibuat dengan wang tunai atau cek di atas nama “Persatuan Penduduk Cahaya SPK”.

Dear P1-P3 Residents, �
In an effort to enhance our security arrangements, the below will be implemented effective Monday, 14th November 2011:

• Only vehicles with a Cahaya SPK sticker AND a functional access card shall be allowed entry.
• For vehicles without the above, the driver must alight and register at the guard post.
• Residents may purchase stickers and cards from Cahaya SPK Management.
• Guard Post B (near Surau) is now closed to visitors. Visitors to proceed to Guard Post A (near Balai Polis) for registration and entry.

As decided in the recent AGM, the RA will start collecting security fees of RM300 (RM100 per month) for the period of Jan-Mar 2012. A security collection booth will be operational near the Balai Polis on Saturday, 3rd December 2011.

Dear Residents, MOE would like to discuss with the RA on the suitability of having a school near the Surau. We understand that some are opposed to this move while others are agreeable to it. Can we please have your vote on this matter.

PROGRAM ‘KEM SOLAT’ 3 APRIL 2011

Assalammua’laikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Dengan segala hormatnya dimaklumkan bahawa Surau Cahaya SPK akan menganjurkan program ‘Kem Solat’ pada ketetapan yang berikut:-

Tarikh : 3 April 2011 (Ahad)
Masa : 9 am – waktu Asar
Tempat : Surau Cahaya SPK

Program ini terbuka kepada semua muslimin dan muslimat dan juga anak2 dari 10 tahun keatas.
Bayaran untuk dewasa (16 tahun ke atas) adalah RM 50 manakala bagi anak-anak berumur 10 tahun hingga 15 tahun bayaran RM 25 dikenakan. Sarapan pagi, makan tengahari dan minum petang akan disediakan.

Bagi sesiapa yang berminat boleh membuat pendaftaran dan pembayaran selewat – lewatnya pada 30 MAC 2011 melalui ajk – ajk surau berikut:-

Kelas Pengajian Kitab La Tahzan

Assalamualaikum wbt. Muslimin dan Muslimat yang rahmati Allah,

Surau Cahaya SPK akan menganjurkan program pengajian KITAB LA TAHZAN pada 22hb January 2011 hari Sabtu pada jam 0730 pagi. Pengajian Kitab Feqah ini akan dibimbing oleh Ustaz Khairi seorang pendakwah bebas.

Insyaallah dengan adanya pengajian feqah disurau kita dapatlah kita sama-sama berkongsi dan menambah ilmu didalam ibadat seharian.

Bersama-sama ini disertakan aturcara majlis untuk makluman muslimin dan muslimat.

0615 – Solat Subuh Berjemaah,
0730 – Pengajian Kitab Feqah (Ustaz Khairi)
0845 – Sarapan Pagi.
0900 – Majlis Bersurai

Semua kaum muslimin dan muslimat serta keluarga adalah dijemput hadir.

Kehadiran dan sokongan tuan-puan dalam mengimarahkan Surau kita amatlah dialu-alukan. Moga-moga segala amalan kita akan diterima dan dilipat gandakan oleh Allah swt. Terimakasih.

I don’t know how many of us here are using Twitter, but I’ve created a twitter account for Cahaya SPK at http://twitter.com/cahayaspk . For those who are using, can follow the tweet. We’ll put instant update and announcement there also whenever possible.

If you want to share news or anything on cahaya spk, use #cahayaspk in your tweet and your tweet will be automatically retweeted by the cahaya spk twitter account (Your tweet won’t show straight away.. It takes about 30 – 40 minutes for the bot to update)

Finally after months of waiting, Cahaya SPK residents can enjoy the high speed broadband services of TM’s UniFi, with speeds from 5Mbps to 20Mbps, VOIP, free calls to any TM landline and fixed 10 cents/minute to any other line.

So head down to your nearest TM Point Center to register and take advantage of the Zero Entry Costs (no installation charges) if you register before 30th September 2010.
