Security Announcement

Dear P1-P3 Residents,                             Â
In an effort to enhance our security arrangements, the below will be implemented effective Monday, 14th November 2011:

• Only vehicles with a Cahaya SPK sticker AND a functional access card shall be allowed entry.
• For vehicles without the above, the driver must alight and register at the guard post.
• Residents may purchase stickers and cards from Cahaya SPK Management.
• Guard Post B (near Surau) is now closed to visitors. Visitors to proceed to Guard Post A (near Balai Polis) for registration and entry.

As decided in the recent AGM, the RA will start collecting security fees of RM300 (RM100 per month) for the period of Jan-Mar 2012. A security collection booth will be operational near the Balai Polis on Saturday, 3rd December 2011.
