Residents Association Formation Meeting

Dear all,

As we draw nearer to living in our dream houses, we should now poll our strengths together to form the Residents Association to be the formal voice and body responsible for the upkeep, and maintenance of our neighborhood in years to come. We invite all residents to show support and attend our first meeting, details as follows:

Meeting Details

Date : Saturday, August 15, 2009
Time : 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (dinner is provided).
Venue : Cahaya SPK Clubhouse Poolside.

Meeting Objectives

The primary objectives of this first meeting will be to:

1. Select a pro-temp committee
2. Get signatures from attendees in support of the formation of the RA
3. Present to attendees the formation process and outline subsequent milestones.

The Pro-Temp committee will then proceed in subsequent meetings to complete the documentation for registration with the ROS (Registrar of Societies).  SPK will assist in preparation of the documentation to ensure a speedy approval process from the ROS.

Secondary objectives will be to:

1. Socialize and get-to-know residents over makan-makan (sponsored by SPK).
2. Mingle with SPK and get updates on latest developments.
