Our community starts with you!

This website was created after a discussion was made between some of the buyer with SPK. Eventhough SPK is hosting this website, it will still be independent and maintained by the Cahaya SPK buyers’ community. We feel that it is important to start building up our community early, even during the building phase of our houses so that we  will have a centralised place to voice out our opinions, concerns and problems. 

Potential buyers could use the forum to ask questions and get unbiased second opinion from those who already bought a Cahaya SPK house about what made us made the decision and the things that attracted us to this project.
