Cahaya SPK Zoning Map

There have been a couple of concerns voiced by potential buyer about a plan for a cemetery area inside the Cahaya SPK development area. A useful zoning map have been found  which provides explaination to land usage at U9 and the surrounding area.

The area is actually at the far north of the development near the lake pump house and is far away from most of any new developments. The current precincts (1,2a,2b, and 3) are located at the far south area of the development.

The cemetery has not yet been materialized and until it does we still have the right to make heard our say. All the more reason to form a strong residents association.
